Have figured out what i wrong with the car. a part is missing. the web site that I got this pic from (above) does not list part 20 so I have no idea what it is. can someone please ID this part and let me know? Its the one where you see the hole. Also if any one knows what kind and size of nuts go on the stems that would help.
